Two patient-comms platforms — wildly different scope
Solutionreach has been around for over a decade and has deep roots in dental + chiropractic practice management. It does a few specific things very well. The GHL Chiropractor Snapshot is broader-scope and built around a different model: you own it, it runs on GoHighLevel, and it covers a wider patient-experience surface.
Where Solutionreach wins
- Mature recall workflows. Solutionreach’s bread-and-butter is automated reminders + recall, and it’s polished.
- Survey + reputation tools. Built-in patient-satisfaction surveys and review-routing.
- Familiar dental DNA. Dental clinics often have Solutionreach in their stack already; chiropractic clinics that grew out of dental management adopt it naturally.
- Lots of integrations. Decade of partnerships with EHRs across dental + chiropractic.
Where the snapshot wins
- AI receptionist. Solutionreach doesn’t include an inbound AI voice receptionist. The snapshot does.
- Plan acceptance flow. The visual treatment-plan + e-sign + deposit + recurring-billing flow is unique to the snapshot’s depth.
- Lead capture from ads. Facebook lead forms, Google Ads attribution, web-form integrations route into the patient nurture sequence automatically. Solutionreach is downstream of the patient already existing.
- Lifecycle email depth. Birthday, anniversary, lapsed-patient, seasonal — the snapshot’s lifecycle engine is more configurable than Solutionreach’s templated approach.
- One-time pricing. Solutionreach pricing is in the $300–$600/mo range per clinic. The snapshot is $997 once.
- Ownership. Your patient list, your workflows, your account. No vendor lock-in.
What’s the same
- Automated appointment reminders
- Recall sequences
- Patient surveys
- Review routing
- Two-way SMS
What the snapshot is NOT optimized for
- Pure dental clinics. Solutionreach has a much deeper dental customer base. If you’re a dental clinic, Solutionreach is the safer pick.
- Clinics that don’t want to learn anything. Solutionreach is plug-and-go. The snapshot has a learning curve (which we mitigate via the install + 10 dedicated hours, but it still exists).
The economic comparison
Solutionreach typically runs $300–$600/mo per chiropractic clinic. Five-year cost: $18,000 – $36,000.
The snapshot is $997 one-time + your existing GoHighLevel subscription (which most growth-stage chiropractic clinics have anyway). Five-year cost: ~$997 + GHL subscription.
Where the snapshot beats Solutionreach materially
- AI receptionist coverage. Solutionreach simply doesn’t have this.
- Plan acceptance. Visual + e-sign + deposit + recurring billing in 4 minutes vs. Solutionreach’s lighter workflow.
- Attorney-lien tracking (for PI clinics). Solutionreach doesn’t have a meaningful answer here.
- Decompression-specific patient-financing flows. Same.
- Multi-channel ad attribution. Snapshot is materially deeper.
Where Solutionreach beats the snapshot materially
- Out-of-the-box simplicity. Faster to set up for a non-technical clinic.
- Dental-specific integrations. Some dental EHRs are tighter integration partners with Solutionreach.
- Vendor support model. Account-rep relationships are baked into the SaaS model.
Our honest recommendation
If your clinic is recall-only and you don’t want to think about GoHighLevel, Solutionreach is reasonable.
If your clinic wants the full stack — AI receptionist, recall, plan acceptance, billing, reviews, lifecycle, attorney pipeline (if PI) — and you want to own it rather than rent it, the snapshot delivers materially more for materially less over any multi-year horizon.
