A quick checklist so the onboarding form takes 5 minutes instead of 30.

  • 1 Confirm your GoHighLevel agency account is active (we install into your agency, not a sub-account)
  • 2 Have your logo file ready (PNG / SVG, on a transparent background if possible)
  • 3 List your brand colors (hex codes work best)
  • 4 Have your business phone number, email, address, and hours ready
  • 5 Note your existing calendar (Google / Outlook / Calendly) so we can wire it up
  • 6 For US clinics: have an EIN ready for A2P 10DLC registration (we file it free)

Right after your order

Within 1 business day of when we receive your onboarding form. Orders placed Mon–Fri are typically installed the same day or next business day. Weekend / US holiday orders are delivered the following business day.

Reply to your receipt email and we'll send you a 14-day free GHL trial link, plus our recommended plan. We can also install into a brand-new agency account during onboarding.

We don't require any calls — most clients prefer async Loom walkthroughs. If you want a kickoff Zoom or a training session, that's part of your 10 dedicated hours and we'll schedule it from the onboarding form.
