Day 2–3
Full branding pass: logo, colors, voice, business info, hours, service area, calendar slots — everything tuned to your clinic.
Day 4–15
10 dedicated hours of customization: AI receptionist persona, A2P 10DLC, extra workflows, training. You schedule, we execute.

What to prepare while we install
A quick checklist so the onboarding form takes 5 minutes instead of 30.
- 1 Confirm your GoHighLevel agency account is active (we install into your agency, not a sub-account)
- 2 Have your logo file ready (PNG / SVG, on a transparent background if possible)
- 3 List your brand colors (hex codes work best)
- 4 Have your business phone number, email, address, and hours ready
- 5 Note your existing calendar (Google / Outlook / Calendly) so we can wire it up
- 6 For US clinics: have an EIN ready for A2P 10DLC registration (we file it free)
Don't worry if you're missing something — the onboarding form has placeholders and we can fill in details together during your 10 dedicated hours. The faster we have these, though, the faster you're live.

Right after your order
Within 1 business day of when we receive your onboarding form. Orders placed Mon–Fri are typically installed the same day or next business day. Weekend / US holiday orders are delivered the following business day.
Reply to your receipt email and we'll send you a 14-day free GHL trial link, plus our recommended plan. We can also install into a brand-new agency account during onboarding.
We don't require any calls — most clients prefer async Loom walkthroughs. If you want a kickoff Zoom or a training session, that's part of your 10 dedicated hours and we'll schedule it from the onboarding form.
